Mallorcan villages prepare their celebrations of the Sant Antoni festivities with bonfires, animal blessings and devils and demons. In Sa Pobla in the centre of the island, these fiestas have been a tradition since 1365, celebrating their 650th anniversary this year. The big day is January 17th, year after year.
